Cases are in acceptable to very good condition, expect around 20% to have damage/Cracks and some grip teeth will be missing.

 Discs are in good to very good condition. Some discs may have some superficial scratches on some but none that should effect the data on the disc.

 Artwork is all included and in good condition

Any that fall below the above standard will be refunded on a pro rata basis
