Vintage chiming clock movement  spares or repair

Here is an unusual clock small movement that is in need of a a clean. It is marked Haller foreign 12cm on the back plate. Runs on a pendulum driven balance. will probably need a good clean, hourly chiming 2 barrel  looks to be complete but may need some parts so sold as parts only

Size is 10.0cms X 8.5cms (Size of plates)
