I've seen these Seerol Rollers around a few times but I know little about them if I'm honest. They don't seem to be of amazing quality but look good on display, this one doesn't appear to have been played with, no scratches etc. The ones I've seen have always been blue or silver so this might be a rarer issue, like I said I'm not very familiar with them. I would say the scale is about 1/48 or 1/50 but the box doesn't mention it.
