The cultivar of the Japanese White Pine has an irregular upright habit, lending it an attractive architectural appearance. It is capable of growing more than 20cm per year and can produce cones at a very young age. With its twisted blue needles and conspicuous rough warty bark, it makes a great choice for a Japanese-style garden or bonsai cultivation.
