This is the perfect motorhome layout for young family - 4 seat dinette and side sofa, rear kitchen with large worktop over fridge (240v/12v/gas fridge) perfect for preparing meals, great layout for cooking/eating with kids or rainy days playing games, gas oven/grill and 3 ring hob and sink/drainer. TV mounts above worktop on swivel arm (so doesn't take up any worktop space), so is perfect to watch from dinnette or bed when kids are asleep (TV/DVD player included).
Loads of cupboard space, lockers along both sides and rear and wardrobe with hanging rail and extra hooks, huge overcab bed which is brilliant for kids, with ladder safety net and curtains.
Lovely bathroom layout with sink, toilet and separate shower cubicle, we've mostly used shower area for storage, as stayed on sites with showers, but shower hose is in side locker so can be connected in 30 seconds.
Comes complete with lots of equipment we used, silver screen, Millenco levelling ramps, 2 Calor 6Kg gas cylinders (one full, one half), hookup cable, water filler hose, electric heater, grip mats, and lots of odds and ends which all come in handy so its ready to go.
The motorhome is in really good condition inside and out, roof edges have just been resealed with Sikaflex 522, and the brilliant mechanical condition and low mileage will make this a great family motorhome with many years of adventures to come.
