I don't know much about this other than it is new and has a label on it that says it is model: Ecolab Valve & Tanks Assy.

It does have a marking on top that says "208 HWS".

Found a paper that states it is a HWS-FLT Point of Use Water Softener.

Stands approx 24" High and 16" Across.

What you see in picture is what you get.
