For sale is this NOS (New Old Stock) Ibanez Quik Change II tailpiece.  It is still in its original blister pack.  The old part number is YE401G.  It is in gold finish and includes the anchors and posts.

This part dates to the early 1980s and first appeared on Ibanez guitars in 1983, in particular on the Artist series guitars like the AR-300 and AR-305 of that time period.  Obviously these original Made-in-Japan parts have become quite hard to find, especially new old stock pieces.
