“Please check the photos. This is Ogurayama Soft Asagi 40' size chunk from Kyoto Japan. Ogurayama located in North West area in Kyoto, a mine so called Nishimono. Comparatively soft, it would be a nice to sharpen knives, woodworking tools. Very Clean, Fine slurry comes out continuously, cutting feeling is stable & quick cut, keen edge can be made. Apart from the sharpening face, sealed lightly. Please note that these are not for beginner sharpeners since they're harder to use. These are natural stones meaning that every single one of them are different so my measured size are not accurate. This is a life time investment for people who lives sharpening their knives and tools, do not hesitate to ask me your questions.”
