Fenton 1973 Carnival Glass Plate Mother's Day Small Cowper Madonna Bas-relief.

This is a Fenton carnival glass plate. It is Mother's Day 1973. On the back it has Fenton commemorates Mother's Day with a bas-relief in glass of "The Small Cowper Madonna" painted in 1505 by Raphael, who died at the height of his career at the age of 37. 1483-1520. No. 3 in the annual series of Mother's Day Plates by Fenton. 1973. It is 8" diameter, and comes with the original wooden stand. I am unsure if the "spots" towards the top back of the plate are a manufacturer error or not.
