The bag is perfect for carrying all your essentials and has plenty of space for your daily needs. I would use it to carry my laptop, it works very well for that. There is an attached coin purse/card holder that measures 8 inches x 5 inches & zips up.
You can carry it on your arm by tucking the shoulder strap into the bag itself or carry it as a crossbody or shoulder bag. The shoulder strap is adjustable so you can put it at different lengths.
It does have use on the inside. The outside is in overall good condition.
I took a picture of the serial number inside & in doing so I accidentally pulled the tag out. I will include it with the shipment though. I purchased this from a local Michael Kors store so it is guaranteed authentic. I am just downsizing.
