Light meter on the front of the camera, meter needle move but I would not trust the old light meters. All functions seem to work, the shutter release works , there is a slight delay when fired, not sure if thats normal, worth googling the functions, you have to wind the lever so it's ready to shoot before you can see through the lens and that is how it was designed. It's Nikon's first SLR for the common folk, came out in 1960.
