This is a Vintage (Clear Amber) "Fitter Glass Shade" with a tulip shape.   

It has a Hobnail pattern and a ruffled edge.

It is in very good condition.  I did not find any chips.

It could be used on a (Table Lamp), (Accent Lamp) or on a (Ceiling fan light).
