This is a Park TS-2 wheel truing stand. I bought it years ago with the intention of learning how to build wheels, but have too many other hobbies vying for my time. The closest I ever got was putting an old wheel on it to test it out.

The stand is used, but in very good shape as far as I can tell. I tried to get good photos of it from different angles, but if you need any others or have any questions let me know.
