This

item is an AUTOGRAPHED book titled ”The Heaven On Seven Cookbook,“ written by

Jimmy Bannos and John DeMers and SIGNED by noted chef Jimmy Bannos!  The book has a copyright date of 2000 and is

a STATED FIRST PRINTING!  The book is not

an ex-library book.  The book comes with

the dust jacket. 

The book is inscribed and

signed by Jimmy Bannos on the first inside page.  As I did not get this autograph in person, I

cannot 100% verify its’ authenticity. 

However, after researching on the Internet and comparing autographs, I

personally feel 100% confident that the autograph is authentic.

Jimmy Bannos is a third-generation restaurateur and

opened the New Garland Coffee Shop which became Heaven on Seven in 1985 when he

was turned on to New Orleans cuisine. 

His restaurant has been recognized by Gourmet, the New York Times,

Newsweek, Fortune, and the Chicago Tribune.  

The condition of the UNCLIPPED dust jacket is

excellent with great color and showing minor wear and tear.  The dust jacket has an “Autographed Copy”

sticker on the front cover.  The book is also

in excellent condition with tight and secure binding, clean pages, and showing

minor wear and tear.
