Minton Hand Painted Floral Cobalt & Gold 10 1/2 Deep Soup Plate C.1850s A

Beautiful mid 19th century Minton scalloped edge bone china / soft paste porcelain deep plate. Decorated with hand painted flowers in the center in pink, purple, blue, orange, and yellow. With a wide cobalt blue border with flowers framed in gold gilt floral scrollwork. Gold gilding along the edge. Unmarked.

Has some wear to the gilding and usage wear consistent with age, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks. Does not appear to have any crazing.

Measures approximately 10 1/4 inches wide x 1 1/2 inches tall.

This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
