Doulton Aesthetic Blue & Purple Floral & Gold Tea Cup & Saucer Circa 1891-1902
Pretty antique English bone china tea cup and saucer. Decorated in pale yellow and ivory with blue and purple flowers. Has clouded gold gilding along the inner lip of the saucer and gold gilding along the outside lip of the cup and edge of the saucer. Gold highlights to the handle. Marked on the bottom Doulton Burslem England. This mark was used between 1891 to 1902.
Has some wear to the gilding, but otherwise good condition with no chips or cracks.
The cup measures approximately 3 7/8 inches wide x 2 1/4 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 1/4 inches wide.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
