The bag is suitable for both men and women and has a width of 15cm, a height of 20cm, and a depth of 3cm. The bag is not customised and cannot be personalised. If you wish to return an item, please send me message first as I will always want to rectify any problems without you opening a case.

All items must be returned in the condition they were sent and postage has to be paid by the buyer. The refund amount If the item is not at fault and my description is correct , I will refund the sale amount only - which does not include the original postage amount.
