Rare Unusual Candlestick Candle Holder

Unusual, freestanding candlestick with tubular tripod legs.

Crafted "in the manner of", rather than 'attributed' to designer Dr Christopher Dresser design style  -  and it may be of interest to those interested in such arts and crafts design.  Although, I believe it is a much later vintage reproduction of his style? - probably mid to late 20th century?

I think the candleholder/sconce is brass and the legs are 'brass' effect metal?  [I have tested with magnet and it is not magnetic].

No maker's details.
