NOTE: ***I don't see any overspray or refinishing, cracks, repaired cracks or damage, It is possible that an old reset and/or re-fret may have been done, but I honestly cant tell by eye or with a black light. The sound hole was notched out on the pickguard side and a jack was installed to accommodate the DeArmond Sound Hole Pickup, which works great. Otherwise a true great playing survivor!**

Condition Description:
This Vintage Pre War Gibson L3 is extremely clean for its age and one of the least repaired we've come across in quite some time. It will have the expected scratch's, dings, marks, finish checking throughout, but way better than you would expect of 102 year old vintage guitar. The fingerboard and frets are in very good condition showing some wear, but plays great as it sits with a straight neck (see pics). Current string height is 1/8"" at the body, with an easily modifiable bridge if lower string height is desired (see pics). The original tuners are in great condition without issue. The back of the neck and headstock are also in great condition, but do show wear as mentioned above and pictured (see pics). The top is in great shape and all bracing appears secure. NO binding or other issues issues. My pics are very descriptive, so please be sure to see them all!
If your a player or collector, this L3 will make a great addition! Its just a great playing/sounding and rare Pre War Vintage Gibson! No neck issues with a string height at 1/8" at the body. Although, I think its set up great, everyone has their own preferences. If your not happy with its set up, it will be your responsibility to have it set up to your liking..
The Included Original Hard Case is in good condition for its age, but the hinges are not attached. They have been secured with zip ties. The handle is not the original and all latches work as they should. It will show some wear and tear as you would expect, but usable as it is.
