Vintage Vandoren Perfecta alto sax mouthpiece. It is stamped 6 on the side and measures 67 on my gauge. The mouthpiece shows wear due to age and use. There's a little discolouration and small teeth marks and scratches. Otherwise it is still in reasonably good condition.
