Retired Swarovski crystal SCS 2004 yellow tulip in clear smooth crystal with a faceted yellow crystal flower head. This was the joining/renewal gift for SCS members during 2004. 

Comes in original box but no outer sleeve. There is an "A" written in biro on the top of the box.

In excellent used condition.

Stamped with the Swarovski swan trademark - see photo.
