This is an Adidas Techfit Powerweb/Adipower shirt dating from 2012. I don't remember ever wearing this, but there are no tags and label. I don't ever cut labels out like that so possibly I bought it that way, however it looks unused.
NB: My size small is an estimate based on comparing to items from the same era, I have a similar medium shirt which is slightly larger. It measures 12"/31cm flat across the waist if that is useful.
The item will be well-packaged, I have been selling on this account for 25 years.
