PAYMENT
I require payment within 3 working days of end of auction
My preferred method of payment is by PayPal – this will ensure that I despatch your item as quickly as possible. Although I will accept cheques, this is not particularly convenient for either you or me as I cannot get to the bank until weekends because of where I live/work. If you are happy to pay by cheque, please allow a little longer for clearance of funds, etc – I will email you to keep you informed of progress.

YOUR ITEM
My home is smoke and pet free and will be sent to you well packaged and in good condition. I will always try to describe my items as accurately as possible to avoid disappointment and negative feedback, however, if you have any concerns with your item, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback as I am happy to resolve any issues amicably.
POSTAGE COSTS
My postage rates take into consideration the cost of sending the item, plus packaging, petrol to the post office, etc. If you are unhappy with the postage cost, then please do not bid as I will not refund later.
