Fully fleece lining with polyester, padding, and two pockets on the outside one zip pocket on the inside the opposite side, large pocket with Velcro, tab fastener, has toggle tighteners at the bottom, a really smart looking body warmer. It has press studs at the neck as it once had a hood but it no longer has a hood. Measurements 19 inches across the chest and 22 inches from the back of the neck.
