Unique and very beautiful and may be vintage (unknown age) stained glass window or wall hanging (indoor or outdoor). Not a small window panel - larger. 

Shows 2 multi-colored birds with orange/red head feathers flared up. Could be parrots, red-fronted macaws, or other like birds. Appear to be outdoors with greenish foliage and has 3 pretty small raised red beads (prob. supposed to be berries or currents) on a leaf. May poss. refer to as cabochon.

On a metal chain. Heavy - has the feel of poss. leaded glass. Has a double border - outside is brown/inner beige/tan. 

Unknown if hand-made or factory-made. No maker's mark, etc. 

Approx. 16" high (20" to top of chain if hanging), 11" wide and 1/4" deep.

Without packing and box weighs close to 3 lbs.

Not new/not perfect but still beautiful.  Pls. refer to condition description.
