Spode Cobalt & Gold Star & Laurel Leaf Garlands Tea Cup & Saucer C.1810-15 AS IS

Nice
early 19th century antique fluted porcelain tea cup and saucer.
Decorated with a gold and cobalt star in the center. With a border of
cobalt and cobalt scrollwork and laurel leaf garlands. Marked on the
bottom Spode. Circa 1810 to 1815.
Both
pieces have some wear to the gilding. The cup has a large and a small
stacking flake to the foot rim, but no additional chips or cracks. The
saucer has been broken in half at one time and repaired. The repair has
discolored and has some flaking on the base.
The cup measures approximately 4 1/8 inches wide including the handle x 2 1/4 inches tall.
The saucer measures approximately 5 5/8 inches wide.
This is an antique and may have small in manufacture defects that do not affect the display of the piece.
