The choice of courier is at the discretion of the customer who can freely indicate the carrier he intends to use, the goods are available at the Vendilo office:

Package insurance is optional, if it is not required, the seller will not assume responsibility for the loss or damage of the package itself. The package will travel under the responsibility of the buyer and the seller will be released from any obligation from the moment of delivery to the courier.

International Shipping

We ship from Italy to European countries through express courier, delivery time is about one week. For shipping charges to other destinations outside Europe, please send us an e-mail.

Warranty

The sale is assisted by the guarantees for faults and defects provided by law. Pursuant to art. 53 Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206, if the Customer is a consumer he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without providing explanations. To exercise this right, the customer must send a written communication within 10 working days from the date of receipt of the goods. The communication must be addressed, after warning, via email. The goods must then be returned at the Customer's expense within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods. For written confirmation of all the contractual conditions as well as the further information referred to in the art. 53 Legislative Decree 206/2005.

Withdrawal

The Satisfied or Reimbursed formula provides for the replacement of products present in the package that do not conform to the description, are different from the order or are of the wrong colour. The refund of the amount takes place upon simple request of the Customer on terms and methods linked to current regulations.

The objects offered for sale are not our property, but are the property of our customers, who rely on Vendilo to have a consultancy and sales support service on eBay, and for this purpose they are offered for sale via our user ID . Our customers guarantee us firsthand the authenticity of the objects and the truthfulness of what is written in the description.
