This packaging is not perfect, and there are blemishes with the actual box itself. You can tell where somebody unwrapped a Christmas present and pulled the tape off, but the box is in mainly stable condition besides one small crease near the top and the dummy is brand new and has never been opened and he does work as you can see in the photo. Please look at the photos carefully. We are very very critical of all of our items.
