Generally fall into the category defects CPU:

• Eaither CPU does not sending a signal to monitor(monitor going black), Or monitor screen Works and you can see Bios and edit Bios menu but the PC keep crashing at random times in starting or running windows(many times you get blue screen or error code).

Not sure if there is solution for it.(selling As-Is No Return)
