Terms & Conditions

We offer a 6-month hardware warranty on all items that have the condition as used or seller refurbished. If the condition is set to “Parts or not working” then, unfortunately, we cannot offer warranty or accept returns. Our warranty covers repairs, labour and parts where necessary but does not cover shipping costs.
The buyer may request a full refund of the purchase price within 30 days of receipt and return the purchased item within a further 14 days.
Any express postage option selected and paid for by the buyer is non-refundable in the event of a return.
We do not take any responsibility for damage that you may make to your computer during install. It is assumed the person installing components is competent.
