The brand and size tag is missing. I tried it on and I'm a size 20. I could easily slip the laced dress over my butt and breasts and it was still loose over the breast area. Very good condition. No stains. The strap that goes about your neck was tacked at the side of the breast and one side has come loose. I would suggest you re-tack it down based on how it fits you.  There was no lace-up sash for the back of the dress. I have provided a rope that I just happened to have. Kinda tacky, but if you are wearing it for Halloween, it might be perfect.
