ENGINE REPLACED AT 91,000 Miles

Replacement Engine:

* Hybrid turbo from Turbo Dynamics Ltd. Upgraded to run 275BHP.

* Performance/race Camshafts

* Oversized inlet valves & exhaust valves. Stage 2

* Big end bearing kit.

* Upgraded valve springs

* Upgraded head bolt set

* Stage 1 CP3 Fuel Pump

* New Clutch 

* All injectors were reconditioned

* EGR Delete

* Timing Belt & Water Pump

* Machine work carried out by Engine Specialists Essex. Valve seats, Port & polish & Vacuum Test. The block was bored and honed 0.5.

* Large Hurricane sports intercooler. 

The upgraded engine is currently running standard at 180BHP however this can be remapped to run 275BHP as it has all of the components for this. 

I have had a quotation from Darkside developments who supplied most of the parts for remapping the van (Cost : £1200.00) however I have never got round to taking the van to them to have this done. There is no issue with the van staying and running at the standard BHP of 180. The van has covered 7,500 miles on the new engine.

Exterior of van:

* The van has been resprayed in Porsche Riviera Blue 

* Radi8 Custom Alloys. Tyres have lots of tread.

* T6 Sportline Facelift front end with all new lights & DRL's

The van is registered as a CAT S (2022). Private reg not included . 

Crack in the front lower splitter. 

I purchased the van damaged in March 2022 and have had nearly every component replaced. I have photos of the full rebuild of the van including the engine replacement & conversion.
