This is a Build-A-Bear Polar Bear from 1997.  No rips tears or stains.  It's hard to see but one of the paws is missing the black thread that goes between the toes (there is 2 on each paw, one of the 4 is missing).  It's on the left paw, on the right. 

Bear is white with red paws.  The fabric of the red paws is a leather like fabric.
