Black Vintage Wrought Iron Woven Wicker Stool designed by Tony Paul

For your consideration is a gorgeous wrought iron stool with a woven wicker cane seat. The piece features hairpin legs and a circular modernist frame with handles to easily move it around. It can be used as a stool, as a side or end table or even as a plant stand. The piece would work best in one's living area or bedroom, as a stool in one's entryway to sit on while putting on shoes or even as a kid's chair or pouf.

Origin: made in the United States during the 1950s, possibly by Raymor.

Condition: in good vintage shape for its age. No rips, no holes in the woven wicker seat, no smells, visible patina which adds character. The wrought iron frame is in fairly good shape, some signs of rust. The stool is structurally sound and sturdy, with a slight wobble.
