Hat is navy blue and badges silver color. Badge is one and three-quarter inches diameter and hat says size 21 1/2. Hat is 100% wool felt and made by Sam Bonk uniform cap company. Screw back is brass and has IIC and GI on it. I think this is from World War II. Nice condition with no rips or tears or holes. Nice collectible piece.
