Here is a brand new, never used, still in the package Ball Gag Head Harness with Solid Black Silicone Ball.

I bought this item online then realized it wasn't the one I wanted, so I'm listing it for some other lucky individual (and that could be you!).

The overall width from tip of strap to end of buckle is 24".  The overall height from tip of strap to the ball is 18".  I would remind you that the first hole on the straps is roughly 1-1/2" from the tip, so keep that in mind when measuring yourself.  The ball itself is 1" in diameter and is a solid ball (no holes).  The chin strap is approximately 9" from left ring to right ring.
