These are Vintage handlebars possibly from a scooter? There is an “H” stamped on the front and “D13A” on the reverse side where the handlebars (possibly Huffy???) would connect to the body frame. Measuring from one end of the grips to the opposite side it’s 16-1/4” long. The square rectangle that connects to the frame measured from outside to outside it’s 2-1/2” x 1-1/4”. On the sides measuring from center hole to center hole it’s 1-1/2”. It’s dirty, rusty, nicked, scratched, and gouged. The handlebar grips have paint on them, they’re discolored, and cracked open.
