The Skirt Waist is 25 inches The length is 20 1/2 inches. This has a zipper and hook closure.

The Blazer Measures 18 inches armpit to armpit, 27 inches from the shoulder to the hem. The sleeve is 15 1/2 inches from armpit to end of sleeve. There is a 1 button closure and 3 decorative buttons on each sleeve. This blazer does have shoulder pads. 

Items are stored in a Smoke and Pet Free Unit. I get all my merchandise from many different sources, and I do not know if they came from a pet free or smoke free home.
