I think the artist is Gunther Temech.
Pre-owned, never used. 
Stored in original sleeve. I replaced the original sleeve with a clear bag. 
The measurements of 14" x 11" include the matte. 
In the upper right corner, there appears to be a signature. I cannot tell if it is the artist's.
