The spacious Ocean View condominium has one bedroom, one bathroom with lanai.  Your condo sleeps 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.  Your one bedroom en suite includes a king size bed with tempurpedic mattress.  There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

The kitchenette has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, dinnerware, coffeemaker and

blender and other appliances.   Other items are available from housekeeping upon request.

 Underground self parking, WiFi, cable TV and DVD player is included at no additional charge.

There is a state imposed tax of approximately $18.13(TOT) per night collected at check out and a $100.00 security deposit which is fully refunded at check out if there is no damage.  You will not pay a resort fee.

You must be 21 years old to rent this condo and the person with the name on reservation must present a valid photo I.D. and credit card at check in.  You will be responsible for your incidental expenses.

 Within 24 hours after your purchase, we will e-mail a written confirmation to you with your name on the reservation.  There are no shipping costs or other fees except the state tax and your incidental expenses.  We will also mail a copy of your confirmation to you via USPS first class mail.
