Part of this kit is "New" as it has never been used. I couldn't say it was Used since that would mean a person wouldn't be able to complete a craft.

This kit comes with instructions and all of the materials necessary to make this adorable angel ornament! As you can see, someone made this decades ago and left the test for you to have the joy of doing yourself. I love the idea that 50 to 60 years ago, a person sat and completed this angel and had kept her with her unassembled mate, waiting for her completion. Definitely a beautiful and very vintage 😇 angel❣️
