Menu with die cut cover---a lovely young lady tobogganing down the hill in her winter finery..."Coming to meet you at...The Annual Midwinter Banquet of the Pitman Masonic Club. Mosebach's Cafe , Saturday Evening, March First 1913."

Mosebach's Cafe was a popular spot in Philadelphia. In the photos, I've included a short article (found online, I do not have the original) about the gathering from the March 3rd, 1913 Philadelphia Inquirer. Menu includes a list of officers, various committee officials, and the menu itself. The menu ends with coffee and cigars (this was undoubtedly an all male gathering) and the lines:

This ends the feast---in smoke---or is it incense?
Cigars---come light them!
And as, floating upward,
The blue smoke curls like incense from an altar,
Remember---another year has passed.

Condition: Some darkening and a few spots on title page where not protected by the die cut tobogganer. Separation above the twine binding. Remains of tape inside back cover, perhaps a document was attached here? But overall, nice condition. I wouldn't hesitate to give this as a gift.
