This is fully functional.  It does however have a blemish as I've shown in the pictures.  Looks like it took a hit to the bottom back corner of the switch and it has cosmetic damage.  It doesn't affect anything.  You can insert and remove the power supply.  All the connections are fully functional.

So, this is being sold as a good functional switch - with this cosmetic blemish.

Does have the Lan _Base Services package license installed. - which never expires.
