The curved part of the pull, I thought was plastic and feels like plastic, but I'm not sure. There are striations on the edges that are different on each one. The fronts are smooth; the color is a bit peachy or blush. There are no breaks, chips or signs of repairs. One pull, on the inner curve has the appearance of a crack, but it is a very shallow groove, with maybe dirt in it or it is a natural feature of the material. There is a hand-carved look to them. They have a partial translucence to them when held up to a light. Please view the closeup photos.
All screws/bolts are original, and they measure about 2 1/2" to 2 9/16" (65mm) from center to center of bolt. The longer bolts on two pulls with the metal drum spacer (probably brass) were out of the holes and I screwed them back in. Some glue at the junctions may be a good idea. Two extra bolts are included. As I recall the missing (4th) pull was either missing or badly broken when I salvaged this set from a vanity/dressing table from about the 1940's, many years ago.
The color of the amber parts include hues of rust/red and are a caramel or butterscotch color overall.
The approximate measurements:
Metal drum spacer: 5/8"
Bolts, length showing: 1" to 1 5/8"
Discs: 1 1/4" in diameter (translucent when held up to a light-light shows through)
Pull Height: 3 1/4" bottom to top of the curve, then another 1/2" to include the disc part (making it 3 3/4")
Depth: 1 1/8" approx.
All measurements are approximate to the best of my ability. They feel a bit light weight; there is a more delicate feel to them as if they're not made for heavy duty use. I wouldn't put them on drawers that are large and heavy.
