Antique Chalice Silver Plated (?) GOLD Interior Church NY rare Find 12” 3 Piece

Very well-made, I believe the exterior is silver plate and the interior is gold silver plate, but I have no idea what it really is. I’ve never seen anything like this! probably could use some more polishing. I just wiped it with a polish cloth. Seems to be in excellent condition , no dents that I can see…the rim underneath has slight little bends in it, (see last photo)

otherwise in amazing condition!
