User Tips

  1. For Optical(SPDIF)connection,please change your TV audio output to optical, and change the audio format setting to PCM and make sure the protective caps at the ends of the optical cable are removed before plugging it in.
  2. Sound bars for TV does not support Dolby Sound and DTS, please kindly disable Dolby and DTS on your TV, Netflix, Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube, and other streaming video apps.
  3. Soundbar does not have USB interface, the soundbar can be connected to your computer through the AUX interface. The AUX port cannot be used as a headphone jack.

  • Q: When I use APPs such as Netflix on the TV, the soundbar has no sound.

A: The soundbar does not support Dolby and DTS, please kindly disable the Dolby and DTS on your TV audio settings or streaming video APPs like Netflix, Video, HBO, Hulu, Youtube.

A: Press and hold the BT button on remote /M button on soundbar for about 2 seconds to disconnect the current Bluetooth device.
