I do combine shipping. There is a couple of options. You can…

- Add the items to your cart and check out. When I ship (same day) I’ll refund the difference. (Preferred & cheapest)

- You can add to your cart and go to checkout. On the payment page you should have the option to either request total or contact buyer. ( depends on your device ). After that I will send an invoice… many times I don’t get the notification so it takes a little longer.
