Blenko #8302-WH Vase 8 1/4” in Azure blue with yellow dot by Wayne Husted 2002. This piece is marked on the base Blenko 2002 as well as being marked Husted Design which I have pictured.The Atlantis line was made by Wayne Husted in collaboration with Blenko. 

This vase is in perfect condition no stains, chips ,cracks, dings, or breaks.
