Chinoiserie Chinese bronze Han style figure of a cat, early 20th century, cast in a recumbent pose with tail curled across the body.

A lovely patina gives character and depth to the beguiling expression of the cat. Interior of cat is hollow. Visible wear is a part of the charm. Originally purchased from Gump’s in San Francisco.

In nice vintage condition with a nice patina. A nice solid piece.
