This is a NOS GENUINE YAMAHA - VINTAGE - REAR SHOCK ASSEMBLY !!
**To my eyes this Shock looks perfect**
That said it's probably 40+ years old, I make no guarantee as to how well it actually works!

According to YAMAHA the part # is listed to fit the,
